Easy Way to Make Subtitles for Videos!

Hi guys, it's been a while since I wrote a blog/article, so I wanted to get back to it!

I'll start with something simple and easy that I think could be helpful to some people.

I've been making music videos a lot lately, and since I enjoy making bilingual subtitles so my Japanese friends and followers can also enjoy them, I wanted to share how you can easily do it too!

What I use is Google AI Studio, CapCut and Suno (any music generator works of course!)

Now, the order I personally do is like this:

1. Write the song lyrics and generate in Suno (if creating a music video)

2. Generate the video itself

3. Finish editing the full video in CapCut, export and save (smallest size)

4. I then upload the video to Google AI Studio and the lyrics to my song* in the chat

5. I ask Gemini 3 Flash to make an SRT (subtitle) file for the video with English and Japanese subtitles. You can specify which set you want on top!

   1. Gemini should know exactly how to do it, but you can give an example of the format if you want to be extra safe like this

6. Download the file (save it as .srt, remove the .txt after saving!)

7. Import the SRT file in CapCut in Captions -> Add Captions -> Import File

8. Adjust as needed, CapCut makes it super easy! You can make the text pretty too!

And that's it!!! Super easy.

*This is to prevent the AI from mishearing your lyrics and also to ensure a more accurate translation!

Geminiなら正確な手順を把握しているはずですが、念には念を入れて確実に作業したい場合は、以下のようにフォーマットの例を提示しておくとより安心です。

生成されたファイルをダウンロードします（保存時は「.srt」形式で保存し、保存後に末尾の「.txt」を削除してください！）。

CapCutを開き、「キャプション」→「キャプションを追加」→「ファイルをインポート」の順に進んで、先ほどのSRTファイルを読み込みます。

必要に応じて調整を行いますが、CapCutを使えば作業はとても簡単です！字幕のフォントやデザインを装飾して、見た目を良くすることもできますよ。

これで完了です！！！本当に簡単ですよね。
